I’ve been a physical therapist for over 30 years, and have worked in long-term care settings for the second half of my career. During this time, I’ve worked with so many people who did not have to be in the challenging health situations they find themselves in. With just some simple changes to their lifestyles a few years earlier, they could have avoided the amputation that came from diabetes, the stroke that came from high blood pressure, the heart attack that came from high cholesterol….

In fact, that’s exactly why I decided to become a plant-based health coach. Instead of waiting to help people after they’re seriously ill and in need of long-term care, it’s my hope to connect with them BEFORE their health deteriorates — to help them improve and restore their health through the power of a plant-based diet.

I’ve been eating a plant-based diet myself for over a decade, so I have plenty of practical experience in making this lifestyle realistic and doable.

I’ve been right where you are now — I knew all about the power of plants to improve my health, but I thought I could never give up eating cheese or ice cream — I’m from Wisconsin, after all.

But I’ve learned how to make my plant-based food delicious. I’ve figured out how to navigate the sometimes-tricky social situations that can come up when you’re eating differently than those around you. I’ve learned how to tap into the power of plants to achieve great health…

I believe that encouragement is way more effective than either pressure or judgment when it comes to helping people make changes in their lives. I have over 30 years of experience helping people achieve their wellness goals. There is nothing I love doing more!

As we work together, I’ll EDUCATE you about the power of plants to improve and restore your health. I’ll teach you about the world of plant-based eating through both our coaching sessions and the session summaries that I’ll email to you afterward. And I’ll be here to answer all of your questions as well.
