During the time I worked with Michele, I've lost over 20 pounds. More importantly, my blood pressure has improved to the point where I'm off my supplemental blood pressure medication and have cut my primary medication by 50%.
My cholesterol has dropped close to a level where my doctor is considering taking me off my statin. I've also cut my GERD medication by 50%, and several aches and pains that had bothered me for years are gone.
I can now easily drop into a catcher's squat to line up a putt on the golf course. I couldn't do that earlier in the season. All in all, a remarkable change.
